PUREOLOGY COLOUR FANATIC MULTI TASKING HAIR BEAUTIFIER

I am terrible to my hair. Honestly, I am truly awful to it. Between the bleaching, dyeing and heat styling it's a wonder that there's anything left on my head. You'd think I'd learn but I never do so it always needs all the TLC it can get. I was gifted the Pureology Colour Fanatic Multi Tasking Hair Beautifier* at last year's Bloggers United event and pulled it out earlier this year after deciding to go blonde, of course.

The Pureology Colour Fanatic Multi Tasking Hair Beautifier* was actually the start of a beautiful love affair with the brand so I thought I'd take it back to where it all began and share my thoughts on it!

Pureology's  Colour Fanatic Multi Tasking Hair Beautifier* is marketed as a leave in type hair product specifically for people with colour treated hair, such as myself. It claims to have a whopping 21 benefits including protecting against colour fading, detangling the hair, adding moisture, preventing split ends and breakage, controlling frizz and, like fifteen more but you definitely get the point.

It is housed in a spray bottle that sprays it as a fairly decent mist, meaning it can be distributed through the hair quite easily and fuss free. Sometimes I spray it into my hands and work it through that way but more often than not I'll just spray it directly into my hair at random, trying to make sure I hit most of my ends because, let's face it, that's what needs the most love.

I use the Pureology Colour Fanatic Multi Tasking Hair Beautifier* as a leave in treatment every time I wash my hair, applying it before I brush it which definitely makes the process easier, especially with my tangle prone locks. Whilst I cannot 100% comment on whether it provides all 21 benefits listed, I do think it has improved the overall condition and texture of my hair and I notice a big difference when I forget to use it which is a good sign, I think.

Although I change my hair quite frequently and I've had a few bright 'dos in my time, I've not yet tried this on a bright colour so I can't comment on it's ability to prolong a colour or prevent fading, but it's not offensive on my blonde hair which is a start!

A little of the Pureology Colour Fanatic Multi Tasking Hair Beautifier* goes a surprisingly long way so I can see myself using this 200ml bottle for quite a while. If I do need to repurchase the price seems to vary slightly but, as a reference point, it retails for $41.50 on Adore Beauty

If you're looking for a good leave in treatment, I'd definitely recommend this one. It's effective, smells delicious, is easy to use and it's not over priced.

What's your favourite leave in hair treatment? Have you tried anything from Pureology lately?
