Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask* Review

The Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask for Blackheads and Blocked Pores* has been living in my skincare collection for quite some time now, being pulled out whenever I'm feeling a bit spotty and congested. I was using it recently when I realised that I've not reviewed it yet so keep reading to see my thoughts!

The Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask for Blackheads and Blocked Pores* is a mask that contains manual and chemical exfoliants to address clogged pores and stubborn blackheads by giving the skin a deep clean. The mask contains pink rose which provides the skin with a deep and cleanse. It also contains glycolic acid, a chemical exfoliant which aids skin regeneration, and pomegranate extract which is said to be packed with skin loving antioxidants with anti-ageing properties to promote radiant skin.

The first time I used the Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask for Blackheads and Blocked Pores* I applied it to dry skin and I was pretty underwhelmed. I found it hard to wash off and just didn't find that it did a whole lot. The second time I used it, however, I read the instructions - Apply a generous layer onto dam skin and spend a minute massaging into problem areas, paying particular attention to the forehead, nose and chin. Leave for 5-10 minutes and remove with warm water, a flannel or cloth will help.

Funnily enough, when I used Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask for Blackheads and Blocked Pores* as directed above, I really loved it. The combination of exfoliants do a great job of improving the texture of the skin. I feel like it remains smoother for a few days too and, though I can't measure the reduction of blackheads (it definitely does reduce them, I just don't know to what extent), products seem to absorb quicker after using this mask. It's also really important to note that this mask doesn't make my combination/oily skin feel tight or dry it out, something I really appreciate as it means it's suitable for more skin types.

If you're having a problems with blemishes or blackheads, I'd highly recommend picking up the Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask for Blackheads and Blocked Pores*. Given that it's not too stripping or drying, I feel like it's going to be suitable for all skin types, though you may want to skip it if you're super dry. The Quick Fix Facials Exfoliating Scrub Mask for Blackheads and Blocked Pores*, along with two other masks (the Anti Blemish Mask for Oily and Spot Prone Skin and the Mega Moisture Gel Mask for Dry and Thirsty Skin), are available from Woolworths stores and they retail for $8.95.

Have you tried this or any other mask from the Quick Fix Facials range? What's your favourite face mask?

*This product was sent to me, however all opinions are my own. I was not paid for this review

  3. Sounds pretty good value! I haven't tried an exfoliating mask yet, but I would expect this one to do something with my blackheads, because I have A LOT.
