NEW RELEASE // Coca Cola by OPI* with Swatches

It's bad, I know, but Coca Cola is one of my all time favourite drinks. When I'd heard that Coca Cola had teamed up with OPI to create a collection inspired by their iconic drinks, I knew it had to be mine! There are nine nail polishes in total in the collection, all inspired by different bottles, and labels. There is also a variety of finishes in the collection.

Keep reading to see swatches of all nine colours!
Sorry I'm Fizzy Today* | Turn on the Haute Light* | Orange You Stylish!* | A Grape Affair* | Get Cherried Away* | Today I Accomplished Zero* | Green on the Runway* | You're So Vain-illa* | Coca-Cola Red*

Sorry I'm Fizzy Today* is a light peachy pink shade with a creme finish. It was inspired by Vanilla Coke. A lot of the inspirations for the colours I get but, I'll be honest, this one doesn't make sense to me. This colour isn't very true to colour in the swatch photo above. It's more  the bottle.
Turn on the Haute Light* is a straight up frosty silver with shimmer running through it. This polish was inspired by Diet Coke's can and I can totally see it!
Orange You Stylish!* is, you guessed it, inspired by orange Fanta. It is a creamsicle orange colour.
A Grape Affair* is a very dark purple, almost black, shade with a creme finish and it was inspired by Grape Fanta.
Get Cherried Away* is a plum magenta shade inspired by Cherry Coke, of course. It, once again, has a creme finish.
Today I Accomplished Zero* is a black jelly base with red glitter running through it and it was inspired by Coke Zero. The jelly base is quite sheer, meaning that it takes a few more coats to make it opaque but it's absolutely gorgeous if you have the patience to apply it. Not only it is inspired by Coke Zero but the dark base with flecks of sparkle in it reminds me of Coca Cola just poured into a glass. Does anyone else see that?
Green on the Runway* is a mid toned green to brown duochrome inspired by Sprite. The metallic finish to it reminds me a lot of a can of drink!
You're So Vain-illa* is a light beige polish with a creme finish. It was inspired by Vanilla Coke which I can totally see. I have a photo of this on my nails on my Instagram, if you want to see it on.
Coca-Cola Red* is a true Coca Cola creme.

That's all nine shades and, I have to tell you, I am totally smitten with these nail polishes and I would highly recommend them! All of the creme finish colours are absolutely beautiful and apply so smoothly, being opaque in just two coats! Turn on the Haute Light*, Today I Accomplished Zero* and Green on the Runway* took a little more to built up the to the desired intensity but one extra coat got it where I wanted.

The Coca Cola by OPI collection has been available in store from Myer, David Jones stores and selected salons since the beginning of September, 2014. Each polish will retail for $19.95.

What do you think of the Coca Cola by OPI collection? Do you love it as much as I do? What's your favourite colour?
