I've been planning a giveaway for quite a while now, slowly accumulating the items I want to give. When I recently placed my US order to buy the MAC products I'll be giving, I had to add a few (borderline a lot of) items to the cart for me, of course. I was just making it 'worth it', okay?!
MAC's Oil Control Lotion got a pretty good review from Paul Begoun so I decided to grab the mini size. I'm hoping that it does a good job of controlling oil. MAC's Prep + Prime Highlighters in Radiant Rose is one my favourite highlighter for under the eye so I wanted to grab a back up as it was substantially cheaper than it is here in Aus! I also picked up a Paint Pot in Painterly to use as a primer on my lids. It's one of those products that everyone and their Mum seems to have it so I decided I need to get on that bandwagon!
I also grabbed two more eyeshadow pans for my 15 pan palette and an old faovurite lipstick. The two eyeshadows I bought are Jest and Nylon. Jest is a soft peach with shimmer and Nylon is a pale gold with metallic shimmer. Tanya Burr raves about Nylon so much and I can't wait to see what the hype is all about! Back in the day, MAC's Hue was my all time favourite MAC lipstick and it pretty much was until I discovered Creme Cup. I was telling a friend about it recently and decided that I needed it back in my life. Hue has a Glaze finish.

I am so excited to be adding these new make up products to my collection and I am really loving playing with them. So far I've been really impressed with everything that I've not tried before.

Thank you, Tasha! A lot of people showed an interest in the Oil Contol lotion so I'll definitely add it to my list of products to review. I also really love these two Eyeshadows. No MAC shadows have disappointed yet. X
DeleteI love Painterly, for my very oily eyelids it's one of very few primers that doesn't crease on me! x
ReplyDeletePainterly and/or Soft Ochre have been on my shopping list for such a long time so I'm really excited to own one now. So far I'm really liking it, though it will collect slightly on the crease towards my inner corner. Maybe I'm applying too much? X
