Collective Haul | High End Skincare Haul 2.0

Oops, I did it again. As if this collective skincare haul wasn't enough, I've been out and bought a few more skincare bits. I'm trying to find my favourite combination of products and I honestly don't believe I'll stop buying until I do (Born to Buy is so fitting right about now) until I do! This is another collective skincare haul, with the items being picked up over two, maybe three, different shopping trips. I've had them for a little while now and I've pretty much formed opinions on them all so stay tuned for reviews!

I've made two separate trips to The Body Shop recently. The first time was to pick up a cleanser and I don't feel like the Aloe Gentle Face Wash is that effective at cleaning my face. Maybe it is, I just don't know. Anyway, I picked up the Seaweed Deep Cleansing Facial Wash and so far I'm really liking it. It's not harsh but it does a great job of washing my face. Given that two products from the Seaweed line have impressed me, I tried my luck on a third and picked up the Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask. I've already reviewed it but, in short, I really hated it. Head to my review to find out why.

My next trip was to Jurlique. When I uploaded this haul I mentioned that I was concerned about their Rosewater Balancing Mist and how alcohol was listed as the second ingredient Someone mentioned the Jurlique Calendula Redness Rescue Calming Mist  was recently released and it ticked all of my metaphorical skincare requirement boxes so I grabbed it. I'm really liking it (so much so that it was featured in my February Favourites) and you can head back soon to see a comparison of the two!

Finally I made a stop off to Aesop. I tend to become a bit transfixed by brands, as you may have noticed over the past two hauls, and Aesop is one of my targets at the moment. I've been on the market for a new good lip balm and decided to see how the Rosehip Seed Lip Cream would be. I'm still on the fence about it at the moment so we'll see how it goes.

Have you tried any of these skincare bits? What do you think of them?
What would you like to see reviewed?

  1. Another great haul! I have the rosehip lip cream and found it to be a bit of a let down to be honest! I think there are much better lip balms out there xx

    1. Thank you, Jasmine! I hate to say it but I think I agree about the lip cream. It's pretty odd in the texture and isn't very moisturising. I want to have a bit more of a play before I say for sure but! X
