Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil Review

The Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil is a super hyped product in the beauty community for good reason. It's amazing. The Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil has quickly become my favourite brow product and, given that I hated brow pencils up until I tried this one, I think that's a pretty impressive feat.

Choosing which colour to get the Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil was so difficult, especially because I was doing it online. Thankfully there's only six colours to choose from so it didn't take that long to settle on Medium Ash. I was going to Brunette but I often change the tone of my hair so I figured the ash undertones of Medium Ash would be the most flattering.

The Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil makes 'doing' eyebrows a pleasure, something I never thought I would say. Eyebrows used to be something I blatantly ignored but, now that I have this product I look forward to that part of my make up routine!

This dual ended eyebrow product has the pencil on one end and a spoolie on the other end, meaning it's all you need for the brows! The tip of the Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil means that a precise, defined eyebrow is super easy to create, as well as something more bold. A precise tip also means you can draw in individual brush hairs if you're that way inclined (most of the time I can't be bothered with that much detail). The spoolie on the other end of the pencil means that the eyebrows can easily be brushed during the grooming process to ensure that your desired shape is achieved.

I'm definitely still learning about the beauty of a good brow but the Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil is helping me get there a heck of a lot quicker. I don't even accidentally make myself with angry with harsh brows anymore. Progress!!

The Anastasia Brow Wiz Skinny Brow Pencil is $21.00US and I buy mine from Sephora whenever I place an order.
Always look your best,
Sophie

  1. I've heard so many good things about this product! I've been using powder to fill in my brows lately, but a pencil seems so much quicker and easier! I'm not sure how the shades would go with my black hair (maybe ebony?) but this is definitely on my wish list!

    1. The hype is definitely for a reason, Tashi! I love it. I used to use a brow powder but, as you say, this is so much quicker. Because of the smaller tip, it's also a lot easier to control than an angled brush and powder. I'm not sure about the colour (I just took a wild guess) but you could probably just go with the darkest. Let me know if you get it! X

  3. Gosh this review hypes this product up heaps!! Do you think it's really worth it for $21 or do you think that for a complete beginner something cheaper may be a better option first? :)

    1. Sorry to hype it up, Sofia! If you're completely new to brow pencils you may want to invest in something cheaper to see how you like that way of filling im brows first. I've heard the Models Prefer brow pencil is quite lovely and it can be bought for next to nothing from Priceline. X

    1. Pixiwoo is definitely the reason I initially bought this product! If it's good enough for the Chapman sisters it's defimitely good enough for me! X
