L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Vernis* Review and Swatches

The L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Vernis Nail Polishes are some of my absolute favourites. Not only are they super cute but they're also $6.95, meaning that you don't feel like they're a huge investment! Whilst I have a lot of the pink/coral shades, I feel like there is a wide range of colours and there's something to suit everyone.

To see why I'm so fond of these polishes, keep reading!

At present I own nine of the beautiful L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Vernis Nail Polishes, however I am always wanting to pick up more! Most of the shades I own are creme finishes, with one having some shimmer to it and one drying semi matte. Even though their finishes are slightly different, I feel like they all somewhat gel like in formula. They consistency of the polishes make them all an absolute dream to apply!

These nail polishes are incredibly pigmented, as I'm sure you can see. The photos above were taken after three coats however, for everyday wear (when harsh lights aren't shining down on the nail) I find that two coats provides the perfect opacity and coverage.

I have found that the L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Vernis Nail Polishes dry so quickly on me. Generally, by the time I've finished applying the polish to both hands I can go back to the finger I started with and it's almost dry, if not dry already. One of my favourite things about these polishes is the finish. I always apply a top coat anyway but I find that my colours (with the exception of #829 Atomic Purple* which is a semi matte finish) have a beautiful glossy finish.

All in all, I am in love with these nail polishes. They colours are beautiful, they last really well on me and they're so affordable. The L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Vernis Nail Polishes retail for $6.95. They're smaller than normal nail polishes, at only 5.0mL, but that really doesn't bother me. In fact, I think that's one of the reasons I love them so much. They're little, cute and I can fit so many in my storage!

Have you tried these polishes? What do you think of them? What other nail polish brand must I try?

  1. I love these nail polishes. There's so many colour options and for a great price! And they're a good size. I only have 4, a black, a pearly pink and two metallic-y ones. Love the swatches!

    1. I totally agree. I mean, I'm not opposed to a little neon but yes, it's nice having something a little more subtle. X
